Placing an Order, Concluding the Contract, Payment

The process of ordering and purchasing a Ticket in the online store may include the following steps:

  • selecting the type and number of tickets,

  • selecting the date and time of the visit,

  • providing the Customer’s details (first name, last name, e-mail, optionally phone number) required to complete the payment,

  • declarations confirming acceptance of the Gravity Museum Regulations, the Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy,

  • selecting the payment method,

  • placing the order,

  • making the payment.

  • The sales contract is concluded once the Payment Operator records the full payment for the Tickets.
  • If the payment is not completed within the time specified by the system and determined by the Payment Operator, the order may be cancelled.
  • Payment in the online store must be made in full (partial payments are not possible).
  • The Payment Operator provides the accepted payment methods on the Website (e.g., electronic transfer, payment cards, BLIK, external payment systems).
  • Costs related to payment processing (e.g., operator commissions) are borne by the Customer, if the payment system provides for such charges.
  • It is not permitted to pay for Tickets purchased through the online Sales System by bank transfer to the Gravity Museum’s bank account. Payments made by such transfer do not result in the purchase of a Ticket and will be returned to the Customer’s account.
  • Payments by bank transfer for group tickets purchased outside the Payment System may be made only after prior arrangement with the Gravity Museum.

Delivery / Fulfilment of Tickets

  • Tickets are sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer within 15 minutes after the payment is recorded in the payment system.
  • If the ticket does not arrive at the e-mail address within 1 hour, the Customer should contact customer service at muzeum@muzeumgrawitacji.pl.
  • The ticket is sent as a PDF file or another file enabling the reading of the ticket identifier (barcode, QR code, ticket number).
  • The Customer may present the ticket in electronic form (on a mobile device) or as a printed version.
  • At the entrance to the Museum, staff will scan the code / verify the ticket details and validate the ticket in the system (mark it as used). In the event of a system failure, ticket validation may be carried out by a note on the printed Ticket or by a record in the Gravity Museum’s documentation confirming the use of the Ticket.
  • Sharing or distributing the ticket code, transaction number, or the ticket file itself, as well as reselling the ticket to third parties, is prohibited.
  • The ticket is a bearer document. If several persons arrive with the same ticket, the right of entry will belong to the person who presents it first.
  • By purchasing a Ticket, the Customer accepts the Visiting Regulations of the Gravity Museum published on the Website.
  • In the case of purchasing a discounted Ticket, the Customer is required to present proof of eligibility for the discount to the Gravity Museum staff before entering the exhibition.
  • The Customer is required to keep the Ticket with them for the entire duration of the visit and present it upon request of the Gravity Museum staff.
  • In the case of purchasing a group Ticket, the person whose details are provided when purchasing the group Ticket is treated as the group organizer. The organizer is responsible for informing the group about the applicable Gravity Museum Regulations and obtaining the consent of all group members to accept and comply with them. The group organizer is liable for any damage to the Gravity Museum resulting from failure to comply with the Gravity Museum Regulations.
